How do I care for my extensions?For best results, we recommend the following when caring for your extensions: Use only sulfate-free and paraben-free products Avoid products containing alcohol, oil or ethanol Use salon grade products, meaning you purchased them from your salon. Not all products are extension compatible Use spray leave-in-conditioner or moisturizer on extensions to keep from tangling or drying out Braid extensions before sleeping or bed Sleep on silk pillow Brush regularly (while brushing, hold base of scalp where the extensions adhere to the natural hair with opposite hand) Washing Before washing, thoroughly brush hair to remove any tangles. Gently hand wash with sulfate-free and paraben-free shampoo and lukewarm water. Never rub the ends of the hair together while washing. Repeat as needed, then add conditioner and leave in for 5 minutes. Avoid getting conditioner on the bond of the hair extensions. Be sure to completely rinse away shampoo and conditioner. Drying Gently squeeze out the excess water and blot with a cotton towel. Use a large wide tooth comb to detangle and straighten while extensions are damp. Styling Laced Hair can be styled using a boar's hair bristle brush, Flat iron, or curling iron. Products Use only sulfate-free, paraben-free and salon-grade products. Not all products are extension compatible. Make sure to consult with your stylist on the best products to use on your extensions.Avoid products containing alcohol, oil or ethanol. These ingredients can leave your hair dry and frizzy.

What are your order processing times?STANDARD GROUND 4-7 DAY SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES Placed Order by 9 am MST to be processed the same business day. In-stock items should arrive on your doorstep or in your mailbox within 4-7 business days after the customer receives their tracking number via email. USPS PRIORITY 3-4 DAY SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES Orders placed by 9am MST will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 9am MST will be processed the next business day.In-stock items should arrive on your doorstep or in your mailbox within 3-4 business days after the customer receives their tracking number via email (excluding holidays). OVERNIGHT SHIPPING AVAILABLE WITHIN THE UNITED STATES ONLY Orders placed M-F before 9am MST will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 9am MST will be processed and shipped the following business day (excluding holidays).

What is your return policyYou have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be attached to the cardboard backing at the base and in the plastic sleeve to qualify for a return. To begin the process of a return/exchange, please visit our Return/Exchange Center to submit your request. Once your request is approved, you will receive an email confirmation with the address to mail the return back to via a carrier of your choice. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels, all return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please do not fold the packaging & ship back in the same box you received the item in to retain its' natural shape.

What is your return policy?Once receive your item back to our facility, it takes 2 business days to process. We will inspect the returned item and notify you that we have received your returned item. You will be notified through our Return/Exchange Center that we have received your item. If your return is approved, we will issue you an in store credit in the form of an e-gift card for the amount you paid minus taxes and shipping charges. following your approval You will receive an email with a code for the gift card, which can be applied towards any future purchases at the Laid In Luxe Store. PLEASE NOTE: ANY PRODUCT THAT HAS BEEN USED OR IS NOT IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH TWIST TIES STILL ATTACHED, CANNOT BE RESTOCKED. IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU AT CUSTOMER EXPENSE. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS, ONLY EXCHANGES FOR IN-STORE CREDIT.

Do you cover the cost of shipping for returns?You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not offer prepaid shipping labels. LAID IN LUXE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

How to pre-orders work?PRE ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE STOCKS WHICH ARE NOT CURRENTLY ON HAND AND THEREFORE, CLIENTS MUST ANTICIPATE WAITING APPROXIMATELY 1 TO 3 WEEKS TO RECEIVE PRE-ORDERED ITEMS. BEFORE ORDERING, PLEASE READ THE RULES & REGULATIONS BELOW: 1. All pre-orders require payment in full made at checkout. 2. Due to the nature of pre-order items, we will not be accepting cancellations. 3. Though our intention is to ship out product on June 20, 3032, we cannot guarantee a specific ship date and therefore cannot guarantee specific product availability dates. Trust us when we say we will ship orders the moment they are available. 4. Sometimes ordered items will arrive later than expected due to several factors out of our control. 5. Please do not order if you are unable to wait. 6. If you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, ALL items will be shipped at once when all pre-ordered items are available. To avoid this delay make sure to place your order for “in stock” items separately 7. Once you place an order with us, it means that you have agreed to these terms and conditions.
